Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shopsilkglow@gmail.com with a photo and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
